Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

SAP TECNICA SRL A SOCIO UNICO, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you, that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of the interested parties with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Purpose of processing

- By means of electronic computers, using internally managed or programmed software systems;
- Temporary Treatment in Anonymous Form.
All processing is carried out in accordance with the methods set forth in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided.

Your data will be disclosed only to competent and duly appointed individuals to perform the services necessary to
proper management of the relationship, with guaranteed protection of the rights of the person concerned.
Your data will only be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the Owner.
Diffusion
Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Preservation Period
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
- established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the performance and fulfillment of contractual purposes;
- established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. A statement that the operations referred to in paras. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
